Our young baseball players need to establish a foundation of strength in order to deal with the demands of the game. If your child is a pitcher, wouldn’t you like to know that he has a stable shoulder girdle that will provide him/her with the ability to perform repetitive throwing without injury? If the specialty is hitting, wouldn’t you like to put more power behind the swing with a strong core and a stable base of support by building a strong hip girdle?
