Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, our classes offer fun-filled, action packed workouts that are sure burn calories and keep you healthy and strong! 

Barefoot Cardio

Are you looking to zap the fat, firm up all over and create a tall, lean, graceful body? Join us for Barefoot Cardio! Barefoot Cardio is a 50-minute innovative blend of standing Pilates and low-impact aerobic movement that will burn fat and tone your muscles. You will develop a better body from your toes up. It is a joint-friendly, efficient and enjoyable workout that will improve your overall well-being and prove that working out can feel good! When you kick off your shoes for this workout, you'll stimulate and challenge your entire body from the feet, to the legs, hips, spine, core, abs, shoulders, arms and neck.

 

Zumba 

Dance Dance Dance! Shake those hips and get maximum fun from your cardio workout! ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective workout! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. No prior Zumba experience needed to attend this class!! You will need a lightweight sneaker for Zumba. Bring water or plan to purchase at the studio.

Group Personal Training

Get the results of working with a personal trainer, without the high cost! Group Personal Training is a certified personal trainer-led program designed to coach participants through a range of efficient and intense workouts using a variety of training tools including the BOSU ® ball, stability ball, dumbbells and bands to build muscle and flexibility, increase metabolism, burn fat and maximize results. Group Personal Training is limited to 6 participants. This is a series of 6 classes which get progressively more intense as the weeks continue. This class is not for beginners. Please bring sneakers to change into. There are no street sneakers allowed in the studio. Also wear comfortable clothing.

 

Boot Camp
It’s all the rage! No more steady state, boring exercises that don’t get you any bang for your buck. In a compact, 50-minute class, you will perform cardio intervals and resistance drills designed to burn calories, elevate the heart rate, tone the body and boost metabolism.
Bootcamp runs Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am and is open to 12 participants. Sign up for the 16 class series or use the punch card! Although the workouts get quite intense, beginners are welcome.

Beginner Group Personal Training

 

This is a beginner resistance training class that will teach participants the basics of a fitness program and correct lifting technique. By the end of the session you will have a tailored program for your fitness level that will propel you toward your goal of getting stronger and staying safe while working out. Cardio Pilates

 

Come and step it up a notch in our new Cardio Pilates class! Cardio Pilates leverages all the great props and equipment the studio has to offer while cranking up your heart rate to burn more calories through interval training. We will be layering in full body functional exercises to improve 3 of the primary components of overall fitness: strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. This class is for you whether you want to feel stronger walking up the stairs, paddling a kayak or running a faster road race.
