Group Mat Classes
When it comes to strengthening the deep core muscles of the body, we believe in the importance of progression so that anyone, at any fitness level, can participate. We follow the Stott method, working from the inside out in order to increase strength of the deep stabilizers for spinal support, work our way out to posture improving muscles and finally to the more superficial muscles to create a longer leaner look. During this full body workout on the mat, we use small equipment to both modify and intensify the workout for the Abs, Butt, Thighs and Back. But it doesn't end there - we also entertain the mind by educating our students about proper anatomical movement while keeping the information light and usable in every day life. So get ready to learn, de-stress and have fun!
Private Sessions (Reformer, Personal Training, Private Yoga)
24 Hour CANCELLATION POLICY for Private Sessions
The Core Connection requires 24 hour notice of cancellation for all Private sessions. Failure to cancel scheduled private sessions in a timely manner will result in full payment for the missed session.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy For Group Sessions
For Duet Sessions we require at least 48 hours notice of intent to cancel out of any scheduled session. We are instituting an email list so that we can try to fill any holes in schedules if we are given the time to do so. If we are unsuccessful in filling the slot, the non-cancelling duet partner will be notified and offered a private session. If one of the duet partners cancels with less than 24 hours notice, they are automatically charged. If this occurs the client can make up the session by attending a mat class within two weeks of the missed session.
For Trios and Quads: Once a 10-week schedule is agreed upon, there are no cancellations. If someone misses a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the client is charged for the session, but the session can be made up with a mat class within two weeks. For this reason, it is imperative that the schedule be made in advance so that days off due to vacation or work conflicts within the 10-week period are agreed upon.
Punch cards
- Punch cards are non-refundable and non transferrable
- Punch cards expire after four months
Class Cancellations
- Inclement weather policy: If Northborough Public Schools are closed, morning classes at the studio will be cancelled
